The admin/reception department looks after all of the administration and building requirements for our different offices. Whether it’s welcoming our visitors, booking meeting rooms or sorting travel arrangements, our admin team are always here to help.

Future’s very busy PR and communications team manages the reputation of the company and its component parts, and drive awareness of all our activities to the City, the media, our consumers and our own staff. We work in print, online, in broadcast and at events, supporting the brands and the business and extending our messages as far as possible. The team also creates channels for our employees to connect with each other and feel part of the global Future community. The Communications team, which is London and Bath-based in the UK, works across all of Future’s brands.

Our finance and accounts team is at the heart of everything that Future does and helps to ensure that Future continues to be a profitable and successful company. This is achieved through effective financial management, planning, budgeting and forecasting. The department is involved with all aspects of finance, from paying suppliers and collecting money owed to us, to assisting with key business decisions and financial analysis. Our finance departments include Management Accounts, Accounts Payable, Cashiers, Payroll, Credit Control, Group Accounts and Commercial.

The Licensing and Syndication team deals with syndicating and licensing print and digital content to 36 countries worldwide, generating revenues from Future’s brands across multiple territories. The team are responsible for managing and developing existing client business and building new commercial relationships to grow revenues across multiple countries.

Legal and Rights
Our in-house legal team advise all levels of management and support the business on strategic, public, company and a wide range of legal issues, including commercial law, contractual negotiations, IP strategy, managements of risks, legal training, disputes and all of the legal aspects of Future’s business. Our rights team supports editorial to ensure the rights clearance process occurs across all magazines and websites for every aspect of IP, from text and photos to music, software and video. The team also manage our anti-piracy work.
