At Future we believe in looking after you. Here’s a list of what we offer in the way of holiday, pension scheme, training and much more!
Holiday
We offer a generous 25 days’ holiday per annum which, with your Line Manager’s prior approval, can be taken when you like. Added to this, you are given three days off for Christmas, to give everyone a well-earned break.
Company Pension Scheme
Our Company Pension Scheme is open for you to join after you’ve successfully completed your probationary period. Future will match whatever contribution you choose to make up to a maximum of 6% of your basic salary. Our pension scheme is run by Scottish Widows on a salary sacrifice basis.
Life Assurance
Upon joining Future, you will be eligible for 2x your basic salary Life Assurance cover. If you become a member of the pension scheme, this increases to 4x your basic salary Life Assurance cover and a death-in-service pension of 34% of your basic salary for your wife/partner, plus 8.5% of your basic salary per financially dependent child.
Travel Season Ticket Loan
Once you have successfully completed your probationary period, you will be eligible for an interest-free season ticket loan for travel and/or parking.
Dental Plan
We offer a optional Dental Plan scheme at competitive rates for everyday dental expenses.
Healthcare Scheme
We offer an optional private Healthcare Scheme at competitive rates, which you are eligible to join upon commencement of your employment with the Company, or at the scheme renewal date of March each year. You also have the opportunity to include a spouse/partner and/or children for an additional cost.
Sickness Pay
We offer 20 days’ full pay sickness absence on a rolling 12-month basis, which includes an element of statutory sick pay (SSP). Part-time employees will receive the same amount of full pay sickness absence on a rolling 12-month basis, pro-rata’d to the number of contractual hours/days they work.
Training
We know that you are keen to keep your skills sharp and your career moving. That is why we provide fantastic in-house and external training programmes across all business areas, including Learning at Your Desk, our e-training option. If professional qualifications are required to perform your role, we may be able to sponsor you.
